"Check In ab 15:00 heisst für mich eigentlich dass das Zimmer um 15:00 bezugsfertig ist. Wenn uns dann versichert wird, dass wir spätestens in 15 Minuten informiert werde wenn das Zimmer fertig ist und nach 20 Minuten ich selbst nachfragen muss und dann den Schlüssel ohne jegliche Entschuldigung bekomme, ..."

"Von 7-17Uhr wurde in der Woche die Straße umter der Wohnung aufgerissen. Unerträglich laut. Steckdosen nicht richtig fest. Kontakt mit Vermieter nicht möglich. Reinigungskraft bestätigt extreme Lärmbelästigung kann aber auch nichts machen und hat auch keinen weiteren Kontakt. Ansonsten tolle Wohnung ..."
