"This is an elegant hotel in the period style with all the amenities that you would want for a couple's weekend or stay in Durango. It is good for families, but the majority of guests appeared to be couples and took advantage of the 3 restaurants/bars in the building, as well as easy walking distance ..."

"This is a great property, I would highly suggest a room on the river side. There is a nice trail, we had a great meal at the beer garden looking out on the water. The staff was friendly . Highly recommend, we will stay there again ."
