"When I arrived, we found the property needed some upgrading, some items in the kitchen were dirty, the baking trays in the oven, one was rusty, the couch upstairs had dirt under the cushions, I asked the owner to clean it and the oven tray, but we actually clesned the kitchen ourselves. There were lighbulbs out,in the bathroom the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. The property was unkempt in general. It should have been spotlessly clean. Also therevwas a damp musty smell in 2 of the...

"Lovely, comfortable cottage, beautifully dressed for Christmas. Great responsive and helpful host. We had a wonderful time."

"Beautiful and well-appointed property. We were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. Lovely details have been added to this renovation. The surrounding land, access to beach, and peacefulness added to the enjoyment of our stay. "

The living area is well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen equipment all worked fine and there was an adequate supply of crockery, cutlery, and tools. The bathroom was small but perfectly usable with a decent, electric, shower. Upstairs was the bedroom with good storage facilities and a comfortable double bed...

"The Granary is in a secluded location ideal for relaxing, the upstairs sitting room. Is very well equipped with a library of books lots of comfy seating options and plenty of dvds, videos and board games. The kitchen is well equipped and very comfortable, I particularly enjoyed the personal touches in the form of the artwork. We found the bedrooms spacious and spotlessly clean, the single mattresses are very firm. The bathroom is clean and the shower worked well. The hosts were friendly...
