"We enjoyed our stay in this home! Lakefront views are beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet and wooded yet easy access to Duluth. Lots of seating for relaxing. The layout of the house is curious - as mentioned in some of the other reviews, the bedroom and bathroom in the loft are somewhat open to the living area which makes it feel less private - not a problem for us but may be a consideration depending on your group. "This cabin was plenty big for our family of 6 and cozy at the same time. It was nicely decorated and felt like home. Our 2 smaller dogs enjoy the space as well as a nice walk around the lake. Our kids enjoyed watching movies with the fireplace going and overlooking the beautiful lake from the large windows. We would definitely stay here again!"

"My sister-in-law and I got our adult children together with some of our younger children for a ski trip between Christmas and New Year’s. The weather didn’t cooperate as well as we would’ve liked but there were other things to do like rock, climbing, ice-skating, and card games and video games.
