"Beautiful house and property! Deer visited each day and there is a lovely pollinator garden. It is not too far from Duluth or the North Shore of Lake Superior. The hot tub was a great way to relax in the evening. It was well stocked and had many amenities."

"My husband and I stayed in the Lookout house. We had a nice view of Lake Superior at the McQuade harbor. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well outfitted. We appreciated the air conditioning because it was unusually hot in the area. This rental is conveniently located halfway between Duluth and Two Harbors. "This is a great space for a large group. the kitchen is well set up and the open floor plan in the main gathering area is beautiful and comfortable. We slept 8 here easily. The only thing to be aware of, is that most bedrooms are on the third floor and the main area is on the second floor. So if steps are an issue, this is not the place for you."

"Loved the house and the location for a family get together in Duluth! A cute dairy shop within walking distance was a hit for the kids to get ice cream! Walking trails nearby were also unexpected but a nice surprise. Home was well stocked, clean and communication with the owners was impeccable. We would definitely come back again! "Our stay at the Sanctuary Suite was exactly what we were looking for. The location right next to McQuade harbor meant the lake views were beautiful! Checking in and communication with Joel and Ashley was easy. They left a little list of things going on in the area and we happily checked out some of them. "Overall the place and amenities was nice. The concern was cleanliness. There was so much long hair from another person ( both my husband and I are bald) that we had to clean the toilets, sinks, shower, etc and still didn’t get the floor which was really bad in the bathroom. The kitchen was incredible and the the experience otherwise was great; my hope is they just forgot to sweep and clean the bathroom a little more."
