"My adult twins and I stayed at this boutique hotel for 4 days in a single and a twin room on the 4th floor and enjoyed our stay. Yes, there is no elevator, no AC, and the rooms are smaller than chain hotels. However, the staff are friendly, fun to talk with, and made helpful recommendations. "Great location - closer to Metro. No elevator so had to carry luggage up to the 3rd floor. Staff were very friendly. Beds comfy and bathroom large, but shower cubical was small. I kept touching the shower curtain :(. Overall great 2 night stay. "
"Would book this hotel again, so that's a positive recommendation; it was located near where we needed to be (& happy to be in a quiet neighbourhood, with restaurants nearby & between transit options), clean, friendly staff…all as previously commented! We secured a rate that included breakfast (this may vary), & enjoyed both breakfasts there. Made use of the water dispensing machine by the elevator.
