Es estar alojado en el Sheraton, teniendo acceso a sus comodidades pagando mucho menos. Las habitaciones de la Villa son nuevas y todo está impecable. Recomiendo si está en sus posibilidades tomar la opción con desayuno, pues es muy rico, completo y variado. Tiene acceso directo a una playa muy agradable. Todo excelente."

"The villa is really beautiful with amazing views. (There is some construction currently happening in the surrounding areas but it did not disrupt us) The included breakfast was a really nice touch. Uber service to the villa was great and the villa is well located for driving to airport or other areas such as Cavtat. We had a great time here. "

"LOVELY VILLA, EXCELLENT HOST.The villa is really well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The outdoor furniture was of high quality and really comfortable. The large pool was heated and crystal clear throughout the holiday. The beds were comfortable with plenty towels provided & air con in all the bedrooms. "We spent 4 wonderful days at this beautiful and spacious house near Dubrovnik. The home was tastefully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor terrace and pool area were perfect! a real highlight of the property for sure. "If I could rate this villa higher I would. We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday with ages ranging from 18mths to 63yrs who had travelled from the UK and New Zealand to be together. The spot was idyllic with an amazing view and the sea is at the bottom of the steps. There was a paddle board which everyone loved. I have never seen such crystal clear water. The location was brilliant with easy access to Dubrovnik (new & old) and quick access to major routes throughout Dubrovnik and beyond.You do ideally need a car although we had no problem with Ubers & there a bus route right outside too. Peaceful location with restaurants and shops only 6-7 minutes away in Gradac, which was lovely with an abundance of sea front restaurants.Ivan and his father were very helpful and friendly. "Está ubicado a 15 minutos en bus de la ciudad amurallada y la parada está a 5 minutos caminando. Reservé este hotel porque en sus fotos da a entender que tiene instalaciones en la playa, lo cual es engañoso, ya que si bien hay una playa cerca, es una playa pública. Los buffets son variados (opciones vegetarianas, sin gluten, saludables y convencionales), pero sólo incluyen jugos, agua y café, incluso para la cena. Las instalaciones están en buen estado y se ve renovado recientemente. Se preocupan por el medio ambiente. "
