"It didn’t have a coffee machine"

"O Hotel é muito limpo. Os trabalhadores muito prestativos, principalmente a Sandra no restaurante no café da manhã. Reservamos o Hotel com café e jantar. E ficamos hospedados 7 noites. Só que a jantar era sempre o mesmo Menü. Mas o resto ficamos muito satisfeitas."

"Clean and neat"

"Never disappointed by this hotel. The revamped courtyard allows to spend good evenings in-house, and better location for breakfast. Staff was great and helpful. The hotel is really well located, walking distance from Dubai Mall, souq Al bahrar, Burj Khalifa!"

"The hotel’s policy regarding outside food was confusing and contradictory. We were initially told that we were not allowed to heat up food purchased from outside, yet one receptionist later informed us that it was permitted as long as the food had been purchased within the previous hour. "Very good location and 5 minute walk to Dubai mall."

"We had such a lovely stay in this apartment in Dubai! From the moment we arrived, everything was great. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having fresh sheets and towels readily available was a lovely touch. The location was fantastic! We could easily walk to Dubai Mall, the Fountain and Burj Khalifa, which made exploring Dubai so convenient. A special mention to the team, who were wonderful...

"Location"

"Lovely team at check in at Swiss Hotel, but had to get a golf cart around the corner to the correct Al Murooj check in, then again on to the Lavender building, they kindly gave me a 2 bed upgrade from a one bed, the location is probably the best in Dubai, I know the complex well. Huge apartment, lovely clean beds, and great to have a full kitchen and washer/tumble dryer. Good WiFi and appreciated the bottled water. Bathroom needs maintenance as the plugs in the bath didn't work(reported but not...

"Room needs renovation. No housekeeping. Room was in bad condition. Staff was very helpful and kind."
