Window opens only a crack. Farther from town than expected - you need to drive in for sure. Breakfast was not early enough for us to take advantage and communication that it was included (?) was not made during check in. However rooms were clean and staff was friendly."

It transpired that the room was almost at the furthest point one could be from the reception area and involved a number of changes of direction and finally a very steep and narrow staircase with literally no landing outside the room.
