For an extended stay, we did find it a bit limiting that the kitchen pantry and bedroom walk-in closet were locked and not available for guest use. Reason I was working early and would go to bed before 8pm It was hard to sleep with noise from upstairs neighbors. Also was not sent the app for the HVAC system until 3 days into my stay"
