"The "apartment" is an extension on a house with its own convenient private entrance. We arrived late at night and the seemingly complicated self-check in directions we received turned out to be very simple. It was also very easy to find a variety of dining options nearby in town.We did not use the pool, but the interior "apartment" was lovely. "I had a wonderful experience overall at my stay in the Modern Studio, in Kent. Deborah was thorough in communication and welcoming upon my arrival. Their guidebook is full of helpful information about local fare, points of interest and history about the farm and surrounding area. Also, I appreciate the treats and Nespresso. I’d definitely recommend staying for these points and for central location which lends to the ease of walking into town from the studio."

"The stay was great! The listing is very accurate to what the property is, so we very much enjoyed staying in the newly renovated barn. We loved the location, which felt very out-of-the-way but was also only twenty minutes from town. Seeing all of the farm animals and the very friendly barn cat was a plus!"

"The whole backyard area was peaceful and beautiful. We were not able to actually enjoy it because we had previous plans. Next visit to the Watchtower Educational Center we will definitely plan to spend time in the beautiful back yard. "

"Nice place close to the track but should be cleaner and bug free. Lots of spiders everywhere when we arrived. Owner apologized but as they say you only get one chance at a good impression. While the outside appearance did not adversely affect our stay, I would strongly suggest to the owner to power wash the house especially the area at the guest entrance. It could look brand new and appealing with minimal effort versus spider webs, bugs, dirt and mold on the exterior of the house. Needs an AC...
