"Clean and comfy. We stayed in a family room. Some discrepancies between what we booked on Expedia and what was sent through to the hotel, but was sorted by email and phone call in advance. Warm welcome and THE most amazing dairy free, gluten free complimentary brownies I've ever tasted. The room was lovely and just what we needed for a one night stop to break up a longer journey. "The room was just amazing (space, bedding, bathroom, pitch black curtains). The breakfast was really soso: - Filthy plates on the first day - Freshness of products (the eggs looked tired, each day, with no new batch being added) - Some staff members clearly seemed very annoyed to be there"
