"good pool but the gym and pool hours end too early at 7 pm or 8 pm. No pool towels even at noon. Breakfast staff for pho and egg station leaves the station an hour before breakfast ends. Pho soup is better than some street vendors. Room is a bit outdated with wall cracks but the room is still big with updated bathrooms. "

"Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster-diesbezüglich keine Info bei der Buchung! Kein Frühstück- die Angabe ist falsch!Die Wände sind nass und dementsprechend riecht das Zimmer. Die Matratze sind sehr hart.Der Kühlschrank zu laut. An zwei Tagen hatten wir kein warmes Wasser. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich.Wir haben jeden Tag ein kleines Wasser bekommen , mit dem Kaffee waren sie aber sehr sparsam ,es gab 2 Portionen Nescaffe für 6 Übernachtungen. "This property was clean and well run. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of variety of different foods. The staff were very friendly. The location was very convenient as it's right down the road from the Bai Dinh Pagoda. I'd happily stay with them again on my next trip to Ninh Binh."

"Beautiful location! The approach through rice paddies, palm trees and striking limestone karsts is memorable. The layout of the property is also nice, with a winding pathway to the rooms. My room was spacious and I heard no noise from other guests. The interior was a little dated, but fully functional. Staff was great, from check in to the individually prepared breakfasts, handling my laundry request, getting me going with a bicycle, and booking a full day excursion."

"Ngoc is the main reason we loved this place . She is a very nice person despite of Barrier of language. The location is quiet very good view not so far from touristic sites by grab ( 10-15 min) . I recommend it for sure as one the best value for money option in Ninh Binh"

"This was an incredible stay. The location, the breakfast oh that pool, so refreshing after long walks. You can access the entire area by foot. I stayed a week. Never rented a scooter and walked to Ninh binh twice. Freedom was such a relaxing wonderful experience and the little lady who literally sweeps, cleans and smiles all day. Made my day as the world goes mad. My mind was free. Thank you, it's not goodbye, just see you down the trail. 😍"
