"We had a lovely time. The decor is so cool - attention to detail like with the instrument lamps in dining hall. Loved the room, lounge and dining hall. The field walking was so lovely. And that there were gluten free cornflakes. Slight disappointment was that I received an email asking me if I wanted to upgrade, which I replied to, but never received a reply."

"Lovely hotel and surroundings. The staff were all amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. They also get a big thumbs (paws) up from Reggie the dog who loved everyone and was welcomed and fussed over. "

"On arrival no staff were present, the entire place was closed and in darkness, there were dirty cups lying outside in the patio area and a box of christmas crackers inside, all of the windows were filthy. When we contacted them by phone we were subjected to a rant about their problems. We elected not to stay."

"Great hotel and everything about it is spot couldn’t put a hotel in a better place for amenities whether it’s a drink some food or a bit of shopping I never had the breakfast this time round as last time I was disappointed as there was no beans and no bacon but I’m sure it’s improved but generally apart from the breakfast the hotel I could not recommend more nice touches with the pringles and chocolate bar in the fridge "
