"The car GPS wasn't very good but I managed to use the directions on my phone. The rooms are across the road from the actual hotel. The food was really tasty especially the Full English breakfast which was inclusive. The Accessible room was very comfortable& the wet room was great, just what I needed. Definitely recommend this place."

"Good location for Doncaster racecourse/snow dome, free parking which is a bonus. Hotel has a main building with reception and bar/restaurant room for breakfast. Rooms are in the annex. Slightly tired looking but room was clean and serviceable for a 1 night stay and staff were helpful as we had some problems accessing room/paying due to a powercut in the area(which I believe isn't uncommon in that area of Doncaster?). "Wow! Absolutely lovely place to stay with all of the commodities and amenities of a 5 star hotel. Staff welcomed me right at the parking area. Hospitality deserves 10 stars! Bonus points for cozy authentic garden with real herbs and flowers."

"Booked 3 rooms at the Mercure Danum Doncaster Centre hotel and it was a mistake. The hotel was a shambles unfortunately. In our room the toilet still had poo stains and the shower gel bottle was broken - couldn't dispense the liquid inside. Our guest's room was unclean and there was someone chain smoking next door - the corridor reeked of cigarette smoke. He found blood stains on his curtains as well. The general state of the hotel is poor. This would be ok if it was mentioned/remarked upon on...

"The room was clean and comfortable. Yea and coffee provided. Plenty of space to get ready. Bed was comfortable. We had been out drinking and was a late night the morning after I asked if we could extend our check out time the request was accepted at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone."
