"Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet"

"Great staff, easy check in, breakfast is daily from 7:30 to 10:30. Highey recommend. Bus stops very close by for those who don't have a rental car. Bus 130 takes you straight into central Dublin! Perfect experience all around for Clontarf Castle and the staff"

"The rooms are decent, and the beds are comfortable, however, the comforters don’t seem to be regularly treated for dust mites. If you have allergies, this might not be the best place for you. The staff lost my laundry, and after having it for more than 26 hours and gave it back to me unwashed."

"It's a beautiful hotel and the dinner we had at the restaurant was excellent. We were also very happy with the shuttle service to and from the airport. However, for the price we paid, I expected air conditioning in our room, or at least a circulating fan to use. The one window opened only a sliver and it got pretty stuffy in our room fairly quickly. That was during May; I can't imagine what it would be like during a summer heat wave."

"A nice hotel with clean rooms, easy check-in and check-out, with free parking for hotel guests in a car park connected to the hotel for easy access. The staff was friendly but did have a standoff-ish vibe that make it uncomfortable when I was asking for recommendations as they only seemed to have pushed their hotel's restaurant when asking for local pubs nearby. "The hotel itself is fabulous. Front desk staff are welcoming and helpful. My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. My experience in the bar/restaurant was not a good experience. I was travelling solo and was treated like a nuisance because I was dining alone. I was very happy to sit at the bar while I waited for a table but 2 couples and a single were given tables before me. "Overall a great place. I only had one incident with the cleaning. I missed a cleaning because I left the room late. However, when I asked the concierge downstairs to have it cleaned, they said it would get done, but I guess it wasn't communicated. It happened only once."
