"Staff were great, room lovely,it had a tv a kettle etc,and en-suite, we had a couple of gripes,no hand towel in bathroom,due to the lack of breakfast cheif no breakfast available,food on evening was great, well provided bar and lounge,they were under new management so a few kinks to iron out..would i stop there again.....definately. P.s, there is a pebel beech 5 mins walk away,we saw this"

"The property is in a lovely secluded spot and was extremely quiet. There was an issue with a leak in my original room, but the owners very quickly moved me to another room with wonderful views. The breakfast are also amazing "

"1st time here but it won't be the last. Hosts Gareth and Rana were so welcoming and hospitable from the very start and throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. It is located in a peaceful location a short walk away from Betws-y-coed centre. We would highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed. Thank you both for making our break so special."

"We were very glad to find this property available as a relatively late booking. We did not know beforehand that the Hotel is purpose built to cater for disabled guests and we were expecting a more conventional “beach club” with lounge/bar and restaurant open as a matter of course rather than just on request. "Can’t fault this B&B. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with smiles and support. We had just arrived after a very long flight so needed a little TLC! "We had a lovely two night stay. We booked only 48hrs before our visit so we had the last available room, which had a wonderful garden view and although it was smaller than we anticipated the fun of watching dozens of garden birds on the many bird feeders outside our door and also seeing tiny shrews playing and jumping in the late evening was wonderful. Breakfast was pre booked and excellent and our hosts happy to help at all times. We would definitely return."

"The property is small but that is part of the charm. Only two of us and it was exactly what we wanted. Managed to cook a huge Christmas dinner and had some beautiful walks. Had a lovely relaxing break in beautiful surroundings."

"Clean and well fitted out (as described) and in a good location for harbour and beach. Friendly staff. I was initially concerned at a lack of information about where we could park, but once we had got to the place to ask, turns out they have a free parking space nearby for guests and we were not rushed out of it when we checked out so we had an extra couple of hours on the harbour with no parking problem. Great to have good air conditioning - gets hot in the attic room - and controllable blinds...
