"Wow! This property was amazing. It was so central for the Old Town and other attractions. The staff were attentive and very helpful. My room was clean and had everything I needed. Love the spa bath but would advise not to put bubble bath in it. The kitchen area was equipped well. I would recommend this property and will certainly be returning. Thank you to all the staff. A wonderful place to stay. "

"Location was great (close to the main railway station and old town), the entry process was simple and the apartment was large, clean and well furnished and quiet. Nice wine bar up the road and a cat cafe locally, although there's a cafe below the flats we were in. The only potential issues are the photo of the building representing the Browar Lubicz aparthotel which I think is actually the Hungarian Consulate, which isn't hdlpful, rather a picture of the reception area which could be a tiny bit...

"Our apartment was spacious, well equipped and well located in Krakow old town. Furnishings practical, rather than stylish. Good value for the price. Our apartment was a short walk from the office. We arrived around 02:00 and the hotel transfer taxi collected us from the hotel direct to the apartment. He gave us the key and welcome information. Very good service "

"We stayed in a large 2 bedroom. It had everything we need including a kitchen with all utensils, stove, refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.. great location with a small grocery two doors down. I would stay there again. "

"Room was perfect as a solo female traveler. Very comfortable, clean, well furnished. Hotel is in a fantastic location — easy to walk around, so many shops and restaurants nearby, and even though it’s right in the center of things, it’s not very noisy. Very safe area and well lit."

"The room was almost brand new, very clean and very well-equipped with new appliances and even a microwave (which is not usual in these parts). The only downside was two fire alarms at night during my stay, and it being a student residential building, there was a bit of noise. Overall, I felt very comfortable and would stay again."

"To confess I didn’t know about the free breakfast. 🙃 But the flat was very nice. Good value for money too. I was able to do two weeks of washing, then dry everything inside the flat on the drying hooks inside. No oven, but everything else. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and warm. Pleasant staff too. Just a shot walk away from the centre and the castle. "
