"Novotel Nanjing is an excellent base to explore the beautiful green city. My 4 night stay was comfortable and has access to the metro, shopping and plenty of options to eat. There is a convenient shop called Lawsons next to the hotel for miscellaneous snacks and drinks. Breakfast was included and there were Chinese and western options. The only downside of the breakfast was that the menu was pretty much the same every morning. My room was a decent size worth adequate amount of power points....

"My first time here and I can’t believe how good and what an amazing location. It is literally in the heart of Nanjing. Just a block or 2 from the Ritz and most glamorous shopping mall. "I loved the free washing machine and detergent in my room. My clothes dried nicely overnight. Staff was friendly, though could not help call a taxi. Metro stop is quite close, and there are lots of fun eating places nearby. The only 2 downsides are that the wi-fi connection was not very good, and the hotel is really hard to find.
