B&B en District Heights

"This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....

"Very happy with the location, cleanliness and layout of this property. Perfect for two couples, or in our case, parents with two teenagers. The bedrooms are at opposite sides of the condo and each has an attached bathroom. Ample counterspace in both bathrooms, which is essential when traveling with teenagers!Located right around the corner from the Shaw/Howard metro stop, it was so easy to get to and from the National Mall each day of our visit.
