"Amazing property. So much room and beautiful views. Hot tub to die for. Super comfy beds. Board games and DVDs galore. Helen was brilliant, the info pack sent before arrival was amazing. "Lovely property in an excellent location. It was a short walk into Norwich city centre. There is also a lovely cafe just up the road. The property had everything we need for our stay with our two dogs. Nice size rooms. The kitchen had more utensils than I was expecting. The owner was quick to reply to any queries."

"Parts of the house have been nicely decorated, but the lounge is tiny with barely room for 3 people, considering there are 4 double rooms. The Kitchen is really well equipped. The location is central, but the house is situated on a social housing estate. We worried about security/safety but were surprised how quiet it was at night. Some clever photographs make it look more modern than it is."

"The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. The courtyard garden was unloved and the patio furniture was dirty. The flowerpots outside the front door were full of weeds,...

Jonathan was a pleasure to communicate with and was able to answer questions I had, very promptly and with ease. One of the guests is already looking to book this place again for another event. 100% would recommend."

"We booked all of the cottages they were beautiful, very clean and amazing. The gardens were very secure so the small grandchildren where very safe which gave us peace of mind.
