"The property is older in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen was fully-equipped, as was the laundry room. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Our contact person, Mike Davis, was super responsive and personable whenever we called with a question. "

Bathroom was large and clean, but terrible water pressure.,sink drained very slow…They neglected to tell us that maid service was every other day so we came home to soggy towels the 1st night….room was reasonably quiet, tv was pretty...

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. The shower was absolutely amazing! The location was convenient to the airport. The walls were thin and we could hear lots of people most of the night. The breakfast was just okay, not very stocked or maintained. Overall, we would stay here again if in the area."

"The room smelt like urine and the cleaner used to clean up dog pee stains, at least I hope it was dog pee. The rooms over looked borders homes with piles of garbage. The bathroom had a barn door right next to the bed and you could see a person on the toilet from all of the beds. Terrible hotel, I have stayed in motel 6’s that were better, way overpriced not worth it."

Nice large laundry FREE for guests FYI Walmart is literally across the small road to buy trail size laundry soap. The front desk does offer laundry soap to buy but Walmart has it for only $1.17 a load when you go to the travel size section in Walmart. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast for few days in a row had the same egg with cheese...

"Staff was very helpful and friendly, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of flying. The room was clean. The only negative was the bathroom door didn't open or close properly and the water pressure in the shower was terrible. The breakfast that was offered was a hot breakfast and was good. It's a place we'd considered staying at again."

"We will definitely stay here again when we make our shopping trips from the southern Kenai Peninsula. The suite had all that was needed to cook your own meals. Also a good size refrigerator and small freezer as well as a dishwasher. The hot tub was nice and larger than many hotels. The pool was small. We did have to wear ear plugs because the fan for heater / air was loud. Also rooms didn’t seem to be sound proof. The variety breakfast was very good. There were a couple restaurants in walking...

"Hidden Resort Fee not informed before booking. Amenities supposedly from the Resort Fee are less straightforward to materialized. eg. $10 credit for meal was reneged because it wasn’t clear if the waitress was supposed to take it and deduct it from bill. In my case she didn’t. When I checked out the Front Desk refused to re-imburse. The Breakfast included voucher for a fee specified for ala cart, but actually it was for buffet. Bellman not around when you needed him to get your stored...
