"Priced reasonable compared to others but their are not many amenities. There was not shampoo or a hair dryer in the room. You have to go to the front desk to ask for them. Never had to do that before. Staff was pleasant. No breakfast but they do offer coffee until noon."

"I enjoyed my stay at this B&B. Its in a great location of Anchorage and close to the airport. They put out a bunch of snacks with a do it yourself breakfast as well. I would stay here again. "

"I love this hotel. Well priced, clean, updated, & I love that they have sound machines. The only thing I was a little unhappy with was that my room was right next to do a door that everyone has to go through to get to their lofts on the first floor so the door was loud late into the night and early in the morning. I would avoid room 122 when I go back. Other than that great stay"

"We will definitely stay here again when we make our shopping trips from the southern Kenai Peninsula. The suite had all that was needed to cook your own meals. Also a good size refrigerator and small freezer as well as a dishwasher. The hot tub was nice and larger than many hotels. The pool was small. We did have to wear ear plugs because the fan for heater / air was loud. Also rooms didn’t seem to be sound proof. The variety breakfast was very good. There were a couple restaurants in walking...

"This is an old hotel and so our room lacked outlets and charging ports, especially near the bed where you need them the most. It had great room-darkening drapes, though. The front-desk staff were not the friendliest or most helpful, but the shuttle drivers were very helpful. The restaurant is terrible and I can't recommend it. Poor food and worse service (grossly understaffed)."

"The room smelt like urine and the cleaner used to clean up dog pee stains, at least I hope it was dog pee. The rooms over looked borders homes with piles of garbage. The bathroom had a barn door right next to the bed and you could see a person on the toilet from all of the beds. Terrible hotel, I have stayed in motel 6’s that were better, way overpriced not worth it."

"We loved everything! Pleasant helpful staff, beautiful full breakfast every morning until 9:30 M-F and breakfast until 10:30am Sat and Sun. Nice large laundry FREE for guests FYI Walmart is literally across the small road to buy trail size laundry soap. The front desk does offer laundry soap to buy but Walmart has it for only $1.17 a load when you go to the travel size section in Walmart. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast for few days in a row had the same egg with cheese...

"I can’t rave enough about our stay at Hyatt House Anchorage. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Answered the phone right away, were conversational, and had the answers to my questions. The airport shuttle was super helpful and ran constantly. The continental breakfast was the best I’ve had in a while and really was so appreciated. "Upon check in there was food all over the floor and the room smelled. The front desk staff and house keeping were amazing and super helpful. The hotel is a bit dated which is fine but almost everything in the room was broken. Door didn’t shut properly, ac cover was hanging off, lamp shade was mangled. The sheets are HORRIBLE paper thin and little pill balls all over., it felt like sleeping in sandpaper.. for over 300 for the night I expected a bit more. The motel 6 is nicer in my opinion"
