"Given a room with serious issues, we were denied a different room upon returning to the front desk . Said we could wait for maintenance to fix AC and bathroom back to room and no maintenance showed. So we decided to leave. Back to desk. Finally, after a private discussion by clerk with a manager ( who did not present themselves ) the clerk said we could get a free breakfast and wait for another room. Terrible customer service, desk clerk seemed to be untrained, management unwilling to be seen....

The staff was unfriendly, and the young Asian woman working at the café laughed in my face when I politely asked if she could replace my eggs. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
