"The night staff's English was very difficult to understand and she was fairly brusque and not overly helpful. I felt like she would rather have been elsewhere than at the desk helping customers. There is no elevator in the hotel and we had a lot of bags, some containing valuable items, and we were not comfortable with storing them with the staff, so wound up schlepping about 7 heavy bags up and down stairs.
