"Darling small bungalow style home that was nicely decorated and comfortable. Bonus outdoor patio that we really enjoyed. Good location. Road to home had some twist and turns. Just be cautious and drive slowly. Definitely recommend! We loved our stay here."

"I had a quiet, clean, cozy fall mom getaway in Martha's country cottage. Everything I needed -- comfortable couch and beds, outdoor tables, indoor tables for working and writing and doing small puzzles -- for a little getaway. Surrounded by green, with the only sounds the distant hum of 116 and birds and squirrels.I did lots of cooking, and found enough pans and utensils and spices to make it easy. "We stayed the weekend with friends at this beautiful hideaway in the woods and had a wonderful time. The house was spotless, the jacuzzi was perfect, the lighting was fun and ethereal, the fireplace was cozy, tv was easy to operate and had Netflix (thanks!). The beds are on the soft side, and curtains are sheer, which didn’t bother us, but that might be hard for some folks. We had a great time! Thank you so much!!!"

"My 2 adult children stayed here with their spouses for our daughter's wedding in Healdsburg. They loved the location to the river and hiking as well as the close proximity to town. The house was perfect. Very clean, well equipped and perfect for the 4 of them."

"This property was beautiful and romantic and had all the Moody character you could want in a quaint loft. The gardens were beautiful even for September, and I'm sure they're magnificent in the spring. The hosts went above and beyond what anyone should expect. They're truly lovely. The neighborhood is extremely walkable. And The loft itself is comfortable and beautifully appointed with gorgeous art and unique photography."

"The host was very welcoming in preparing the home for our arrival. Wine glasses were chilled and ready, the chocolate amazing. Communication easily flowed both ways.Family enjoyed the proximity of the property to wine country. The outdoor space was comfortable but limited. "Very comfortable home. Feels new. Loved the large great room. Enjoyed fireplace and sitting outside in back. Upscale shower, gas stove. Super quiet neighborhood, easy to get to beach or just cruise around through Russian river area. Probably due for a kitchen equipment replenish, not quite enough dishes for our group. "The property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The backyard was very private with a hot tub( we didn’t use it, but it looked good.)The house was very clean and well appointed.We used this home as a jumping off point for Sonoma and Napa Valley wine tastings. Quick access to the highways and close to excellent restaurants in downtown Santa Rosa. Would definitely recommend this house!"
