The entrance opens onto a spacious, welcoming living area comprising a comfortable lounge with a sofa and television, a dining area with a high table and colourful stools, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The white exposed beams and wooden flooring add charm and create a cosy atmosphere.

From the living room, you have direct access to a lovely private terrace furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying a coffee in the sun or relaxing outdoors.

The flat has three bright double bedrooms, decorated in a simple and elegant style, with storage and workspaces for optimal comfort.

The two modern bathrooms are fitted with a large walk-in shower and a bath, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Dijon.

For parking, we recommend the Sainte-Anne car park, located at 6 Rue Sainte-Anne, 21000 Dijon.

This is the nearest public car park to the accommodation. This underground car park has a maximum height of 1.90 m and charges around €11 for a full day.

All the necessary information regarding access to the accommodation will be sent to you two days before your arrival.

We will be available remotely throughout your stay to answer any questions you may have and to assist you should you need it.

You’ll be within easy reach of the historic centre, its pedestrianised streets, shops, restaurants and main tourist attractions.

Its central location means you can explore much of Dijon on foot.

The accommodation is easily accessible by public transport.

The Divia bus and tram network makes it easy to reach the various neighbourhoods of Dijon from the city centre.

Dijon railway station is also just a few minutes’ walk away or can be reached by public transport.

This accommodation is situated in a quiet residential area. Noise disturbances are strictly prohibited between 10 pm and 8 am.
