"We arrived at the location at approximately 430 pm and several other family members arrived approximately 30 minutes later. When we conducted an initial walk-thru of the property, we were attempting to determine sleeping arrangements for our party when we noticed a series of issues throughout the house that clearly indicated the home had not been cleaned or prepped for our upcoming stay. "The view is great and the house was clean but the property has wear and tear. Also the grill needs to be replaced. I would give it 4.5 but only 4 or 5 is available. There were enough issues which prevents me from giving it a 5."
