"First day was made aware of a 60 dollar upcharge or as the receptionist called it a deposit. Why would you need a deposit when I have pre paid for the room in advance ? In case you damage it was the response. What the hell would 60 dollars pay for in damages. Anyways I paid it. "We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed"

"It is a sprawling property with rooms located in various locales varying in quality. For a conventional hotel room I would recommend a “tower” room.
Breakfast is a pretty standard buffet.
There is a small guest laundry with two washers.
The bar in the atrium is only sometimes serving in the evening, but the small selection of food is pretty good."

"These are just very basic rooms, small with no amenities, BUT very clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the property was quiet. Very good value for the money. If you want to avoid high hotel costs, and you're just looking for is a place to shower and sleep, I highly recommend! Definitely will stay there again."

"Staff was AMAZING. Very kind, wonderful people! 10/10 on hospitality!
However - beds were very firm.. too firm, and not comfortable. This is my #1 complaint, as we were here for a basketball tournament and needed a comfy place to sleep.
It was pretty clean, but the bathtub needed a little extra love. Shower water felt slimy.
I probably would not stay again because what I look for is comfort."
