"Nice location, very clean, great hot shower, adequately equipped kitchen and good heating. Lounge furniture a little sparse and uncomfortable. The only issue was the bed. While clean and in good condition, but the mattress far too soft for us. Didn’t sleep at all well, woke with back ache."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Formby. It was good value for the price. The room was clean and spacious, the parking convenient. The staff were friendly.
