She even let me check in a tiny bit early and drove me to the airport due to losing my phone during the trip! 100% recommend staying here, what could have been a horrible stay due to being phoneless worked out great thanks to Kim!"

"The most coziest property. I was there with some girlfriends for the BTS Arirang concert. We felt safe and the best part was the Pete’s Bagel downstairs! The host was very responsive to messages and the whole process of check in was smooth. Everything was clean and the property was wonderfully decorated. Also, loved the free roaming chickens and roosters in the area. 10/10, no notes. "

"Haya clearly is the center of popularity in Ibor City. Lively bar, nice (albeit pricey) restaurant, wonderful, friendly staff. No wonder, since this is such an historic hotel, very tastefully and creatively renovated. Our room was spacious, comfortable, with the highest quality bed and linens. Hard to find anything of note to fault."

"The room was clean and well cared for. The AC kept it cool which was a relief after a hot day. The fact everything in downtown Ybor was within walking distance was cool and the cute free roaming chickens nearby made waking up in the morning to roosters crowing a fun experience. However this location does have additional charges beyond the room charge. There is a charge to keep a car on the property overnight and a charge for breakfast each morning. Be prepared to spend an additional $30+ a day...

"Pictures are deceiving. Our bathroom sink had huge crack in it and countertop rust ring stains. Very BASIC rooms that were over priced. Mattresses haven't been replaced in years-lumpy and no support,"

"The staff at Residence Inn is amazing. Despite, having to deal with unappealing and unsanitary hotel rooms. The hotel is older and in a downtown area, it is understandable to not be in prime condition, HOWEVER, the ROACH problem on the 5th floor was something I had not experienced ever in a hotel in the United States. We turned on the lights in the kitchen, roaches running; turned on the lights in the bathrooms, roaches running. The last straw was me laying in bed and seeing roaches on the...

"We had a wonderful experience at this house. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home. Highly recommended!"

"The rooms were beautiful and staff was amazing. However, we were only there a very short time from the airport to enough time to get to the port for our cruise which was a few hours not a full 24 hours but had to pay for 24 hours. Plus a deposit."
