"Staff were really friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay, oerfect for a 50 something travelling solo. Since its an honest review it would have been good if there were a few English speaking channels on the TV and for more elderly guests the floor level Japanese beds might be a little awkward to get up from but I loved it and thought it was great value. Also was well located fir popular bars and food spots. "

"We booked the family room which is very spacious and has everything one might need. The staff is wonderful, very helpful and welcoming. The surroundings are peaceful. Easy walking distance to the old city and the different markets. "

"Excellent stay. It doesn’t have amenities like pool, or bar, or other fluff stuff, however we didn’t plan to stay in the hotel. We planned to see Chiang Mai and this hotel was exactly what we wanted. Was important to have a sofa so we can relax after a day out getting sweaty, having the sofa and not having to sit on the bed. I would recommend this place in a heart beat. If we ever come back to Chiang Mai, we will be staying here. "

"Had a lovely time during my stay in Chiangmai and the staff are all so welcoming and lovely. The breakfast option is a MUST TRY! Staff also provide local recommendations which made traveling even easier. The room was big, pool was clean. Had a very relaxing time there. "

"Fantastic stay! Coming back in a few days for New Years. Staff was amazing. Thong was so friendly, gave us lots of recommendations. Filtered water, tea and coffee available down at the lobby. And let’s talk about the building itself. So unique, lovely decor, comfortable seating. Enjoyed it all!"

"Lots of mosquitoes flying around the hotel and we got bitten while sleeping .There was construction noise around the area but beyond the control of the hotel. Overall very kind staff and they are super helpful. Location was very convenient. "

"This charming guesthouse was ideal for our needs. Conveniently located to walking distance within Chiang Mai and easy enough to get dropped off by taxi. The room was clean and a decent size with a great view up to the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful in suggesting and signing us up for day trips and offering advise on what we might like to try."

"We stayed 3 nights and it was great. The staff were very polite and helpful. The location is very good - easy to get to wherever you need to go. There was also free parking. Rooms were modern and clean. I would highly recommend a stay here."
