"Mooi hotel, prima ligging. Het extra bed voor de derde persoon was erg hard en niet op te slapen. Personeel probeerde een tussenoplossing te vinden. De twee zussen werkzaam in het restaurant zijn erg leuk, professioneel en vriendelijk. Zij maakte de avond compleet! Compliment."

"Our phone was not working so we couldn’t contact our friends in a different room. We had no soap in our shower."

"The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was up high with a nice view of the city. Very spacious room with a big wardrobe, a small fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom was very nice, the shower pressure was a bit low but the hand shower had plenty of pressure. This is our second time staying in this hotel and would definitely come back again."

"The staff was GREAT and the public areas were wonderful. The room, however, was the worst I've ever stayed in. Maybe, if you're a hip 20 yr old, you might like it, but we found it ridiculous. The bed was hard, the light switches overly complicated & useless (dark room, poor lighting), & the bathroom awful.
