"The Great Room and deck is amazing. All the windows let so much natural light in and the chairs on the deck are so comfortable. Just watching the lake, deer and turkeys very relaxing. "

Was very relaxing after long days of unpacking. Sharon was super helpful with dinner ideas and very responsive to my questions. Wise Guys for dinner was excellent!! Will definitely go back!"

"We brought our teens to go white water rafting for the weekend. The house was super close to the rafting place and it was comfortable. The bathroom layout is a bit odd because you have to walk through the bathrooms to get to the bedrooms, but we made it work. The kitchen was a bit light on pots and pans but otherwise great. The appliances were a bit confusing but they did give us directions. There is no traditional oven but a microwave convection oven. We had planned on making pizza and bacon...

"Cute, clean, calm and comfortable. The house is right on the water with lots of wildlife to view (deer, turkey, bald eagles, loons and a resident groundhog who entertained us during our morning coffee). Amazing sunset views. Well appointed kitchen and super comfortable beds. Enjoyed the deck on sunny days and during a cool, rainy day we fired up the gas fireplace to read, play games and watch the birds swoop around the bay. "Traveled from California to New York for son’s graduation and post family vacation . This was one of our stops for half of us which we thoroughly enjoyed . Beautiful lake views with all the comforts of home . Would definitely come back again ! "

"Beautiful home on water. Landscapping around house was very nice. We came in cooler, rainy weather but in warm, dry weather, you could fish, kayak right off the dock area! And you could eat all your meals out on the deck and gather around a fire at night. "

"We were excited to ice fish the famed Chaumont Bay for trophy walleye. Unfortunately the fishing didn't go as planned. The house was great, very clean and comfortable for our group. There was a minor issue with the boiler that the manager solved very quickly. I would definitely stay here again if the fishing was better. If you are headed there to ice fish, you should be aware that access to the water from the cottage is via a set of narrow stairs, and getting a shanty to the back yard is...
