When we arrived, we noticed a significant amount of mouse droppings in the basement area and even in some of the beds. This was obviously very unsettling for everyone and required us to spend time cleaning before we could comfortably use the space.Additionally, the leg of the kitchen table broke when we placed a few normal household items on it—specifically a piece of luggage and some groceries. "Joshua's place was a FANTASTIC place to use as a "homebase" for touring the Saratoga Springs area. We were in town to tour historical sites and the close proximity to Saratoga National Battlefield, U.S. Grant's Cottage and even Ft. Ticonderoga (a short hour+ drive through the beautiful countryside) was the best feature. The natural and serene community surrounding the house made you feel a world away from the city yet it was only a short drive to wonderful restaurants, shopping and the race...

"We were in Saratoga to celebrate my birthday and go to a concert at SPAC with family and friends who lived in the surrounding areas. We had the BEST time. This house was absolutely perfect - comfortable, clean, convenient. I could not have asked for anything better. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to stay here and will definitely be back. "Much needed family retreat! We lost our daughter-in-law last year, so we postponed our family vacation until this year. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. It was a great time of healing and renewal. The house is charming, but a little drafty. Plenty of rooms for our large family. We had a bit of trouble getting in on the first day (not the fault of the host), but Vasili was very responsive and we figured out the problem. Beautiful location!"

"I would not hesitate to stay here again. Our unit in the motel section was convenient to the picnic area/pool/playground. During times of the day it was noisy as the pool is enclosed and the noise of the children playing is amplified. The beds were a softer than we have at home, but still comfortable. The bathroom vanity and toilet are low to the ground, good for kids or shorter people, but I'm taller (and older) so it was a bit awkward. Our only other complaint is that the room has a pod...
