"The directions were perfect, easy to follow and sufficiently in depth! The property itself is in an idea location with so mcuh to do in such a close area. We hung out in Corning, NY and poked around the finger lakes. The home itself is spectacular, with a very cozy lay out and everything anyone could need for even a few days out."

"Cozy, Charming Cabin in a Tranquil Setting My husband and I and our two pupsters enjoyed a wonderful three-day getaway here (only wish it were longer). The cozy, lovingly decorated cabin is located on a secluded, tranquil property with lots of land for long walks. Kathy and Ted Grey are wonderful hosts (this was our second stay at one of their cabins). The Greys are friendly and responsive with helpful suggestions for places to visit. "We love it here, and it was such a gorgeous long weekend! We always enjoy our stay here with our friends. It’s a wonderful, spacious, secluded, and generally peaceful get-a-way. We were excited to have beautiful weather this time around, so we were finally able to take advantage of the back yard with the deck, grill and fire-pit! And, of course, we got in a few tastings at Apple Barrel Orchards, Ravine Winery, and Keuka Spring Vineyards! "

"Everything was Great. Had a nice Long Weekend, being right on the lake was Fantastic. The back porch was amazing too just relax and see and listen to the lake. The local area was great, the Blue Eagle Bar was Awesome as well as Y Knot, a small Pizza and market, the people were very nice and the food was Great, would definitely recommend the house and those places to dine. "We had a wonderful visit at Captain Jack's. Beautiful view. The home was very nice. 1 issue we had was one of the bedroom's sheets were dirty. They looked like they did not get changed from the prior visit. So we just changed them with the extra set of sheets we had. not a big issue."

"This property was perfect. Location was great, nestled between Keuka State Park and Sugar Creek, we could walk to a small preserve and to the State Park. Close to wineries, breweries, restaurants, and more. The house literally sits on the water and it's easy for kids to walk in. There is a large side yard as well. The house was clean and roomy for three of us. The welcome package was great - we had a dog and they included dog treats and a ball! Loved everything about this place."
