"Very clean. Cozy in a quiet neighborhood."

"Everything was just as listed but even better in person. Photos don't do justice to the charm and beauty of the whole place. So many friendly people living nearby, including Ken! Getting the history of the house was fascinating. We had very minor questions and Ken took care of them quickly as he was next door. He was extremely respectful of our privacy! We rarely saw him. The upstairs tenants were very respectful too. The place was very well kept with working necessities. All furniture was...

"Beautiful location. Great for relaxing. Wish we had more time there."

"The cottage was really cute and clean except for the kitchen. The outside of the fridge looked liked it was wiped down with a grease rag (inside was clean), there was some splatter throughout the front of the cupboards, the stovetop and inside of the oven were very dirty and filmy. "The house was perfect for our needs! Nice patio on the driveway, quiet street, big living room area, lots of air conditioning to keep it cool. In the profile there isn't a photo of the main bed but it's a lovely room!"
