"Unfortunately when we entered our room, water was dripping through the ceiling, a pipe had broken, we immediately reported it to the staff who quickly and efficiently moved us to an alternative room which was perfect. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was of the highest quality, can highly recommend the lamb shank. The menu is varied and delicious. We had the breakfast, again of the highest quality and well worth the money. We have stayed here before and will be staying here again,...

"The beds were comfortable and clean. There was a slight learning curve to operating the shower. The kitchen was modern clean and fully stocked. There was also an honesty bar that provided all sorts of mixed drinks and wines. The back garden could use some work and cleaning, but we enjoyed sitting under a willow tree, listening to the sounds of sheep, birds, and bees. "What a fantastic discovery! The cottage was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The lovely front patio provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views while watching the sunset. We had no issues parking the car outside the property, and the communication with the owner, Meryl, was excellent. We would definitely love to return!"
