"Hotel nicely located in the hills. Room well-proportioned and comfortable. Restaurant food was good and service was first class. Only stayed one night but would serve as a useful base for those wishing to explore the Basque countryside."

"An amazing location but a bit difficult to find on google and Waze. Luckily we found the signs on the road leading us to our location. Spectacular views even in the rain but when the sun shines it is amazing. Overall the property was great but a few maintenance issues could be addressed with the dishwasher, upstairs shower in particular."

"Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cette maison qui est spacieuse, un peu difficile d'accès la route étant très étroite, mais en arrivant sur site, il y a un parking et une très belle vue. La maison est agréable et très calme.Un petit bémol est le ménage, il aurait besoin d'être approfondi, et il serait utile d'avoir un peu plus de choix dans les verres notamment, uniquement des verres à eau c'est un peu léger. Mais cela n'a pas gâché notre séjour qui s'est avéré très agréable avec un très beau...

"Lovely property, well situated to travel to local beaches or hike in the mountains. All facilities as described. Check in and out essy. "

"The hotel is a bit far from the city center but still just 10 minutes to drive. The hotel is nice and clean, there is underground parking for 20 euro but they have free charger for electric vehicles and for us it was convenient to charge the car during the night. The hotel facing highway from one side at least and you have to keeps your windows close because of the noise. But overall is it good hotel "

"Great facilities and excellent customer services. Well located, chilled ambiance, very welcoming. We had some issues with the bed being on hard side our usual comfort sleep but staff were propmpt in providing a mattress topping. The only negative aspect was parking charges being quite steep. I would definitely recommend the hotel."

"Booked this hotel primarily for the swimming pool which was closed. We received no notification of this and was disappointing. Paying for the car park on top of the room stay was also irritating and having to retain the ticket to get out of the car park. Staff were lovely."

"The room was very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet area not too near the centre or the main attractions.. A short bus ride or a taxi ride, but not in the centre of things. Sadly the pool was not open as it only does from June to the autumn. The gym pool (indoor) and their facilities can be used at extra daily cost."
