It was not customer centric, and there was much more that couldn’t be done than we have experienced anywhere else. "Quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. It was two twin boxsprings pushed together with very flat pillows. It was like sleeping on plywood. There was alot of street noise plus the windows were very dirty. Breakfast was good. Overall, not worth the money."
