"BomBom is simply magical. The natural beauty is unrivaled only by the friendliness and kindness of the staff. Coming from the US without any Portuguese speaking skills was scary but the people here made it comfortable immediately. Would give BomBom 100 out of 100 stars!"

"Pros: Room is very spacious and clean. Common areas also nice and generally I enjoyed a quiet atmosphere. Staff is nice, food is good. Cons: They did not honor the complementary airport transfer that is announced on line, they arranged a private taxi that charged me 20 US Dollars (for a 4 minute ride). The quality of bed linens and towels is not great, they should improve them. The one day I used the pool, which is big and pretty, the water was not clean. "

Visa debet max 60€ in pinautomaat voor sommige banken only. In meeste hotels kan men niet met cards betalen !!! Cash meenemen. Euro is eel overl betaalmiddel of lokale Dobra munt. "

"We had a great stay at Pestana. I must admit, it did not stat well. We stayed on south of Sao Tome and a day before our booking, I called the hotel to ask if they have a free boat transfer for guests. The very unfriendly person on the phone told us to be at the dock at 10am. We came to the dock, boarded the boat and after arrival they wanted us to pay 42 EUR for it. Queriamos hacer submarinismo, preguntamos y nos dijeron q en Ilhéu das Rolas, hicimos nuestra reserva y cuando llegamos no pudimos hacer nada pq no avisaron desde el Hotel.Me entreviste con el gerente y me dijo q eso era un servicio q lo daba otra empresa, el me busco al jefe d esa empresa el cual me dijo q ese servicio también lo ofertaban en el hotel q nosotros estábamos pero no pudimos hacerlo pq ya nos íbamos. "Bungalow is a bit outdated but good enough. Location is great and the food even better. Big thumbs up for the chefs! Best hotel food in STP for us. "
