"Las habitaciones del hotel son muy oscuras. Carecen de suficiente iluminacion. El hotel no incluye suficientes productos para el bano. Estuve tres noches usando el mismo jabon y ya estaba casi totalmente gastado. No me llegaron a colocar uno nuevo. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien. El desayono estaba bastante bueno."

"Very bad hotel don’t stay here! For the price we pay you can get a much better one! All the staff were very unfriendly. The room was extremely noisy and low quality and in the back of the hotel, with view to the traffic jam, it was like you had no door and had the cars and motos inside the room! There were never beach towels available! "

"This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed. "
