"Managment of Royalton was great . very professional especially “ Gabriel “ and “Mervin “ they were always ready to provide world class customer service and going above and beyond to make sure their guests are taking care of . But unfortunately the front desk staff in Hideaway lobby wasn’t very helpful and available to address the issues. "The picture that features the property is not real. And the place is on the top of the hill, very remote, not close to any local market. And walking to the ocean can take very long time. Taxi going to Soufrière or Rodney or airport Bay takes more than one hour and 80-120 US dollars. The place itself is overpriced considering the inconvenience of the location."

"It is an amazing place to go on your own there is lots to do if you want to be busy and active and or if you want to be on your own and just enjoy the atmosphere. If you want to meet new people there are many ways and option of Communal tables during breakfast lunch and dinner. Overall the place is beautiful and the programs are excellent. Highly recommend."

"The hotel is perfectly situated overlooking the marina at Rodney Bay. The hotel itself had excellent facilities and restaurants delivered superb food at all times. I have to say the the staff made my stay there so memorable. They were all so polite and efficient, and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended!"
