"location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. Scenery was beautiful, management was responsive and helpful. Parking is also scarce. I would book again as a 5:6:7th option for...

"I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a home away from home experience. The property is basically new, very clean and well equipped to make your stay a comfortable one. Communication with Coleen was very easy and responses are quite timely. Her recommended taxi operator was the best!!"

We were a group of five adults but never felt on top of each other!The owner was always on hand if needed although we only needed to speak to her on our leaving day. If this house was by the coast it would probably have been way out of our price range. There are pros and cons about the area. "We had such an amazing stay at the Hawksbill Resort and would recommend this to anyone and everyone. It was exactly what we were looking for- very quiet and cozy. If you are looking for a resort full of partying, night life, and lots of people, this definitely is not the one for you, we were not looking for that so it was perfect for us. The resort staff were extremely nice to us constantly, and were so accommodating. The food was great, the drinks were great, it was an all around amazing stay....

"We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with our 3 daughters. The room was excellent. Large rooms with walk-in closests and bathrooms with bedroom. There was a large private patio and a private 2nd story deck. The kitchen had full size refrigerator, microwave , stove and coffee maker. the dinning room/ living room had a table that seated 8 comfortably, TV with couch, 2 wing backchairs and a coffee table. The patio/deck had 2 (4 person) table sets and 2 lounge chairs. Beds were comfortable. "
