"The worst place ever you should be shut down. Dirty mold in the pool 6$ for ice 30$ if you bring food in the room disgusting bathroom.when was the last time you cleaned the bathrooms in the rooms."

"Let me start off by saying the good it was a beautiful escape. If you want to seclude and disconnect yourself from the world this is the place to stay. The private beach was one of the most beautiful scenery to hang out at. Everything was a 10! The cabbin was expectacular a few bugs but that's the natural part of it. "I really had a nightmare with the reservation through Expedia. They book a house for me that was not available by the time I got to the hotel. I got notice that the house we book the luxury house with the pool was not available and was never available. The facility did their best to accommodate me in my family and one of the small condo what I have learned to not book through Expedia instead book through the page of the hotel otherwise you might walk into the same issue."

"This is a pretty expensive hotel for the location. The reception was closed and I had to call for help at the pool VHF-radio... Very few people speaks English. I stayed in a suite, which has a nice bed, almost the only good thing about the place. On day 2 afternoon I wanted to take a shower, but as on day 1 no hot water and after a few attempts no water at all, not even cold. No reception. The pool area is okay, but no people. no breakfast, fancy full service menu in a small booklet, but no...
