"Gary and Chrissy are WONDERFUL hosts. Property is relaxing. Amazing place to disconnect. Please beware, this is a working farm. You will be around animals. Including Chickens and Roosters. To my wife and I, this added to the charm of the place. The breakfast they serve as part of you stay is all fresh food from the land and delicious. Would definitely come back and highly recommend."

"This cottage was the ideal place to stay for our visit. My family was in town for Cooperstown baseball. It was a great location, close to the fields, not far from town, but also secluded. All of the accommodations were very helpful since we traveled with a baby, a cozy home like feel. The host were very helpful and always just a text away."

"We were there to watch our grandson play ball at Cooperstown Allstar Village. It’s about 15 minutes away. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. Communication was great. It served our needs for the week we were there."

"The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...

"Great property, lots of room, very clean, kitchen fully stocked with everything needed. Game room lots of fun. enjoyed use of outdoor grills. Owner called prior to our arrival to ensure we had all needed info. Only issue was main cable tv in living room not operating although minor issue as not the main reason for our visit. Would definitely stay again if in the area. 25 minutes from Cooperstown but not difficult to get to town."

"Our stay at The Oasis was wonderful. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed - including paper products, garbage bags and all bathroom needs. The owners were super responsive and informative. The kids loved the pool, wiffle ball field and the firepit. "

"My son was playing at Cooperstown All Star Village and this house was about a 12 minute drive to there. Check in was easy and instructions to access the house were very clear. We only needed the heat (was cold at night while we were there) but there are window units in the bedrooms and kitchen area if you need them. Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to make a meal. We didn’t have a chance to get groceries on our way to house so it was very nice to have some coffee pods there...
