"The room we stayed in was located over a garage. Very quiet, down a back country road. Kitchen and bathroom fully stocked! Hosts were very friendly. We enjoyed meeting their hosts and 2 dogs. "

"The place is so quaint, cozy, and lovely. Beautiful and cute decor, and the view from the deck is gorgeous. BJ is a great host and we loved the tour, hearing the history of the farm and petting the goats. Only 15 minutes from Watkins and the shops there. Looking forward to another stay!"

"We rented the space for a weekend giveaway. The space was a perfect size for our 4 guests. The home was clean and located near a lot of local attractions. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette and all of us absolutely loved the house! The back room was perfect for our arts and crafts night, I loved the layout of the house, and everyone was so comfy here. It rained both nights so we weren’t able to enjoy the fire pit, but we definitely plan to go back! This was the perfect place for us!"

"I stay at this hotel when I need one in Elmira...I have never had an issue except for with Wi-Fi...in certain rooms it doesn't work, but I request by the pool so i don't mind...its not a business trip just someplace to take my grandkids to swim and hangout"
