"Without overstating it, I can say that I have never stayed at a hotel or other short-term rental with better service, both leading up to the stay and during it. The communication and the assistance, including the level of depth and detail of each, simply could not have been better (our principal point of contact was Francesca, who embodied the concept of "going the extra mile"). "We have been visiting Menaggio on a pretty regular basis since 1992 and have never had a bad experience. The Mira Al Lago was no exception. The place is marvelous. It is quiet, pleasant, clean, and offers a wonderful and relaxing view of Lago di Como from the house or from the perfectly placed patio. "We loved this property. We were looking for something authentic and this was definitely it. This apartment had lots of character and ambience. it was well equipped for cooking and living. We loved the spiral staircase and the bedroom on the upper level. We also built a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The grocery store up the street was fantastic along with the fact that it had fill your own bottle of red or white wine."

Très bonne communication avec le contact Abritel , procédures d’entrée très claires . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 2 nuits , le seul bémol était de ne pas trouver la place de parking gratuit comme cela était stipulé dans l’annonce…"

I will say the view was beautiful, however finding the location and finding the management office to obtain the keys Was very difficult Additionally, the sofa bed was in such bad shape. "Very cute apartment in the center of Bellagio with many amenities and central location, but bed mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, gave us backaches just after a few hours. Also because it is in the center of town, you can hear people on the street talking constantly until late at night. If you even open the window you'll see all of the people right below you."

"It is a beautiful and comfortable property on the river of Como Lake, with beautiful views. It has all the luxury and glamour of a classic e historic 5-star hotel. The staff is very warm and attentive to any detail. Its Mistral restaurant is excellent for a romantic dinner. Without a doubt, it is the best hotel in Bellagio and one of the best on Lake Como."
