"Excellent central location in Cadiz with nearby restaurants and amenities within 5 minutes walk. Charming hotel and clean room. Owner David was very welcoming and always available for support. Provided many excellent suggestions for site-seeing and cultural experiences. Arriving by car meant parking nearby up to 12 Euros per day. Would be happy to stay here again."

"An excellent apartment with good quality features. Laundry on site. Excellent staff. Super location to visit the old town. Tricky drive in to unload, then packed the car for the rest of our stay."

"We absolutely loved our stay in Cadiz and the apartment. It was so close to the centre and if we needed anything at all our host was able to provide an answer straight away"

"The place was perfectly located to reach many places in town, close to restaurants and places to visit. It was very comfortable and clean. I would stay here again."

"The apartment was quiet and clean. It was a bit dark inside because half of the windows faced the street. Overall, the rooms were good. However, the hot water system needs some attention as it sometimes has trouble starting."

"Clean room, staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Close to most events and places in the centro district. AC worked and fans were available."

"The hotel is located inside a secure, gated community and is conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, and local amenities. The beach is just a short walk away, and there is even a wonderful chiringuito (beach bar) within easy walking distance of the hotel. We stayed in a penthouse unit featuring a large balcony equipped with a dining set and sun loungers—perfect for catching some sun. The kitchen was also fully stocked with all the necessary utensils for cooking. While the property...

"Great Flat! Thank you for letting us stay."

"The apartment building is very centrally located and close to some fantastic bars and restaurants. Inside the building is beautiful, with lush plants and quirky decorations everywhere. The rooftop is a lovely space to enjoy a drink and the view. The staff are welcoming and very friendly. I will definitely look forward to staying here again one day."
