"Booked because of the spa, such a disappointment. Tiles missing out of the steam room, only noticed as it wasn’t working, not one shower in the spa area working, had to go into changing rooms to shower down after sauna etc. water fountain not working. Changing rooms not much better, locker had key code locking, difficult to find one that actually worked, hair drier not working either. Such a shame it’s being run down as could be stunning."

"Hotel and rooms need a lot of TLC, water takes a while to heat up and when it does the pressure in the shower is awful. Pool wasnt bad but there were no spa appointments avaliable depsite having a membership. And the junior suite dosent look like the photos. Ended up makkng a complaint andnit was rectified but still not happy with my stay. Wasnt worth the money I paid. "

"Cuando llegue al hotel me dicen que no tienen habitaciones disponibles y que ha sido un error de ustedes . Tuve que buscar otro hotel y por supuesto no con hoteles.com que no sé si volveré a utilizar . Dos cancelaciones el mismo día y encima ustedes ya me han cobrado la habitación . "

"The accommodation is beautiful and quirky, lovely views from the round windows, the only thing that let it down for us was the bed, it was awful, so uncomfortable it needs a deeper mattress so you aren't bruising all the back of your legs on the wooden frame around it trying to get on and off and the wood underneath makes it feel like you are sleeping on concrete! The place is very very warm so if you are a cold person you will love it, but they do provide fans, nice to sit in the hot tub...

"Ya nos pareció extraño que 1 hora antes del check in nos llamaran para preguntar si confirmabamos la reserva cuando la habitación ya estaba pagada desde hacía meses, cuando reservamos. Llegamos y no nos dieron la habitación reservada, un estudio con cocina. Explicación que solo se la daban a estudiantes. Si es así ¿ por qué aparece para reservar? Nos dieron otra en piso 4 sin ascensor. Reclamamos y nos dieron otra habitación, en la entrada del hotel, con ventana a la entrada y recepción. De...
