"Wife and I had an amazing time at the resort, we stayed in a deluxe pool villa. Room was incredible, super private and very upscale. Resort was clean, staff were great! Only downside is that if you are staying for a week, you may get a little bored as the Island itself does not have a ton going on. If relaxing is your goal, this is the place!!! pro tip, skip the massage on property and walk less than 100' down the beach, they are a third of the price @ 400 baht for full one hour beachside...

"First time in Thailand, and this was perfect for me and my son. After a long tired travel we arrived to be greeted with a cold towel, a fresh scoop of ice cream and the kindest people. The staff is truly amazing and this property is very impressive. It is HUGE and there’s an infinity pool that goes all the way around. "direct at the beach, appartements OK, not more, breakfast not international standard, thai personell was the best during our stay, management with owner not customer friendly, very special mail-communication with management before arrival, very poor location in khao lak, Very large distance to vacation infrastructure for tourists, too far for tourists concerning daily trips and other sightseeing events, definitely NOT to RECOMMEND"

"Alles supi...super schönes Hotel mit sehr schönem Strand.......leider schafft das Personal nicht den Hotelstrand morgens vom Plastikmüll zu reinigen......geschweige die anderen Strandabschnitte zu reinigen.....600 Meter weiter gibt es leider sogar einen kleinen See am Strand der wie eine Mülldeponie aussieht......dem Land fehlt leider das Umweltdenken und eine ordentliche Müllabfuhr....."

"Wonderful staff, large villas, great views The state of the property however is quite tired and in need of updating. The paths, gardens, lighting, buggies, tennis court, almost everything is very used up. Food was generally quite good Too many kids and it could be useful for them to offer segregated seating for families and couples to ensure everyone is happy. Generally enjoyable stay except for the state of the property."

"Stayed in building B ground floor pool access. Excellent location very quiet and relaxing and good pool bar. Wouldn’t go back in July was very dead no one around. But resort was top notch"
