"清潔でいい。ホスピタリティあふれるスタッフもよかった。 ただ忙しくなるとオーダーを忘れてしまったり　ハウスキーパーがすごく遅く来たりする。 オペレーションを考え直したり　担当を決めたり工夫した方がいい。 ガラパーティでは席番号すらわかってない人が案内に立ったり 常温で刺身や寿司がダラダラになって並んでいたり ひとつひとつはいいのに　どこに何があるのかわからないし テーブルは真っ暗で食事をとるのが大変だった。 できて日が浅いようなので　今後に期待です。"

They have themed evenings - movie night on a big outdoor screen or thai buffet with traditional dances, which if you are looking for a quiet evening, is a bit of a nuisance. "

"wow, we love this hotel first off. We got a room with the sea facing view and we did have a beautiful ocean view. The room was absolutely beautiful. The hotel grounds, immaculate, and all of the architecture was so interesting and perfectly planned. The staff were beyond friendly when we showed up to breakfast 10 minutes early they open the door and welcomed us in and on our last day we had to leave even earlier than that they opened breakfast just for us now that’s what I call Service!
