"The cabin was very clean and offered good privacy from neighbors, it was a great safe space for us to relax and unwind. The metal roof on rainy afternoons added to the experience. Grocery and gas and a delicious coffee/latte shop is within a 3 minute drive. Only thing we added was a mattress topper to one of the old spring mattresses. We would love to return for another stay. "

"Bonita1 is not only aesthetically pleasing, but furnished in a way that made it functional, too. There were thoughtful details such as lighted makeup mirror and motion sensing nightlights that could be adjusted. The mattress was good quality and very comfortable for us. "This unit was perfect for my stay in Alexandria. I was visiting my Dad in the hospital nearby and this unit had everything I needed. It rained while I was there and that made this unit a bright spot to land each day. The washer/dryer were perfect for the small loads I needed during my stay. I am very pleased and will stay here again."

"We enjoyed being in the middle of nature, right next to a pond, that is connected to Rodemacher Lake. In the evening and night the frogs were singing their orchestra, and you wake up with birds singing. If you like this, then this is your place. If you don't like bugs, then this might be challenging. The cabin is equipped with all you need. It is a little outdated, but that fits the location."
